Each bowl of Duan's Kitchen Beef Noodle Soup takes nearly 16 hours to prepare—from stir-frying 23 Sichuan spices in beef tallow to slow-simmering beef bones for a rich, layered broth. Served with handmade noodles, braised beef shank, and tripe, it delivers the perfect balance of spice, aroma, and depth.
